These terms govern your use of hairscientist.shop and any purchase from The Hair Scientist.

The store

The Hair Scientist sells 100% human hair bundles. We do not sell install services, closures, or frontals. Product photos and descriptions are for the bundles listed on each product page. Color can vary slightly from screen to screen.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order. By checking out you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars, per bundle, and may change at any time before you complete checkout. Promotional discounts, if any, appear at checkout. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the payment or shipping address. If we cancel, we will refund any amount already captured.

Hair and care

Bundles are 100% human hair, not synthetic and not blended. Results depend on install, maintenance, and your own hair. #613 Blonde bundles are pre-lightened; do not bleach them further. Additional processing can damage the hair and voids return eligibility as described in our refund policy.

Shipping, processing times, and return rules are in our shipping policy and refund policy, which are part of these terms.

Shopify services and privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you visit and purchase, including to provide services based on interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers that may be located in other countries. Our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy explain these practices and privacy choices.

Intellectual property

The Hair Scientist name, hang-tag design, photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Hair Scientist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
