What do you sell?
Human hair body wave bundles only — Natural Color in 24, 26, 28, and 30 inches, and #613 Blonde in 32 and 34 inches. Price is per bundle. We do not sell install services, closures, or frontals.
How many bundles do I need?
- Natural to medium fullness: 2–3 bundles
- Full look at 24 inches and longer: 3 bundles, or 4 if that length is in stock
- If you already have a closure or frontal: 3 bundles plus that piece is typical
As a rule of thumb, plan on 3 bundles for a full look. #613 Blonde stock is limited, so order the quantity shown as available at checkout. We do not oversell.
Do you have a bundle discount?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout. 3 bundles save 10%. 4 or more save 15%. No extra code is needed for those tiers. You can mix lengths and colors; the savings count every bundle in your cart. The code WELCOME10 takes 10% off, one use per customer. It can't be combined with the automatic 3-bundle or 4+ bundle savings; checkout applies one discount.
How much is shipping?
US Standard is $8. Orders of $195 or more after discounts get free Standard. Express is $15 and typically 1–2 business days in transit after we ship. Free Standard shipping needs $195 after discounts. One 24-inch Natural bundle ($179) stays under that on its own, and so does a 26-inch bundle once WELCOME10 takes it to $188.10; both ship Standard for $8.
When will my order ship?
We process orders in 1–3 business days, then Standard is typically 3–5 business days in transit. Checkout dates are carrier estimates after shipment — add processing time. You get tracking by email when it ships.
Can I return hair?
Unused, unopened, uncut hair with the original tag and wrap can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Washed, styled, installed, or further-processed hair cannot. #613 Blonde is already pre-lightened — do not bleach it further. Full rules are on the refund policy. Contact us first; we will send the return address after we confirm the return.
How do I care for the hair?
- Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo, downward only — do not scrub or bunch
- Condition mid-shaft to ends; deep condition 15–30 minutes under a plastic cap
- Squeeze dry with a microfiber towel; air dry when you can
- Store in silk or satin between wears
- Use color-safe products on #613 Blonde
