The Hair Scientist is a hair extension brand built on one idea: you should know exactly what you are buying before you buy it.
Most bundle shopping is guesswork. Vague listings, no straight answer on how many bundles you actually need, and terms buried where nobody reads them. We would rather tell you plainly.
What we sell
Body wave human hair bundles in two colors. Natural Color in 24, 26, 28, and 30 inches, and #613 Blonde in 32 and 34 inches. Every listing is priced per bundle so you can work out the real cost of your order before you add anything to your cart.
How we price
As a rule of thumb, plan on 3 bundles for a full look. Buy 3 and 10% comes off automatically. Buy 4 or more and 15% comes off, when that quantity is in stock. Those tiers apply at checkout with no extra code. The code WELCOME10 takes 10% off, one use per customer. It can't be combined with the automatic 3-bundle or 4+ bundle savings; checkout applies one discount. We do not use fake countdown timers.
What we promise
We are a new brand, and we are not going to pretend otherwise with invented credentials. What we will do is stand behind what we ship. If we send the wrong item, wrong length, or wrong color, or if your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace or refund it at our cost, including return shipping. Our full terms are in our Refund Policy, written in plain language.
If your order is delayed or missing, including a package marked delivered that you have not received, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the tracking information and investigate with the carrier when needed. Replacements or refunds for missing packages, including packages the carrier confirms were lost before delivery, are considered case by case after review.
